In addition, Apple Inc., Google, Inc., Microsoft Corporation or BlackBerry Limited and/or their applicable international subsidiaries and affiliates will be third parties to benefit from this agreement if you access access these Services using Applications developed for Apple iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows or Blackberry mobile devices, respectively. This third party beneficiary is not the parties to this contract and is not responsible for providing or supporting the Services in any way. Using CreditBird Service User account. To use most aspects of the Service, you must register and maintain an active individual User Service account (“Account”). CreditBird WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, RESPONSIBILITY OR LOSS AGAINST BY: (i) YOUR USE OF OR BASED ON THE SERVICES OR YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO USE THE SERVICES; OR (ii) ANY TRANSACTION OR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND THE THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER, EVEN IF CreditBird HAS BEEN WARNED OF THE RISK OF SUCH DAMAGES. CreditBird WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR NO ACTIVITIES BECAUSE OF CAUSES OUT OF CreditBird's CONTROL. YOU ACCEPT THAT THIRD PARTY SHIPPING SUPPLIER PROVIDES REQUESTED SHIPPING SERVICES THROUGH SOME REQUIRED BRANDS CAN PROVIDE GENERAL TRANSPORTATION AND COMPLETE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES LICENSE OR LICENSED PROFESSIONAL. IN ANY CASE CreditBird IS NOT LEGAL TO YOU RELATED TO THE SERVICES FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS AND CAUSES OF PROCESS. THE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER IN THIS SECTION 5 DO NOT EXPRESS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OR REPLACE USER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW. Indemnify.
